At Maison Laminée, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality French croissants straight to your door. Because our products are shipped frozen and are perishable, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature and food safety regulations of our frozen products, we do not accept physical returns of any food items. Please do not attempt to send the products back to us.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or a replacement under the following conditions:

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of your delivery being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  2. Email us at support@maisonlaminee.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging taken while you are unpacking it.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your email and assess the issue based on your photos, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If approved, a replacement will be sent in the next available shipment, or a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Delays in Transit

We work with reliable international carriers to ensure swift delivery from France to the USA. However, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays caused by extreme weather, customs holds, or situations out of our control. If a delay causes the product to spoil, please contact us following the steps in section 3.
